Course Description
Career assessment and planning is essential to stay viable in today’s changing world of work. As employees, we must take personal responsibility for aligning our career/self-interests with the business needs of the organization.
Managing your own career and professional development begins with assessment. Planning and directing the course and progress of your career will require you to make many decisions- choosing one alternative over another. By understanding who you are, what you want, and what your skills and talents are, you can begin to make action plans based on informed decisions.
